Reviews and Ratings
I had an amazing weekend getaway at this resort spa, with comfortable rooms and incredibly friendly service. The only drawback was the heating system in the room, which struggled when the temperatures hit -40. The spa was a fantastic addition to our stay, making it truly memorable.
Overall, I found the hotel to be a mixed bag. The two-bedroom suites are spacious with a full kitchen, which is a definite plus, but some aspects are in need of updating. The location is great for those wanting to avoid the crowds in Banff while still being close to amenities. However, the staff's attitude and some of the room features were disappointing. The price per night feels a bit high for the overall experience.
I had a decent experience at the resort spa, with some highlights and a few drawbacks. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, featuring a lovely fireplace and a relaxing atmosphere, but they could have been cleaner. The staff was very polite and helpful throughout my stay, although the noise from neighboring rooms was a bit disruptive. Overall, it was a good value for the price, especially for a midweek stay.
I had a memorable stay at Silver Creek Lodge, especially when celebrating a surprise birthday. The view from our room was stunning, and the underground parking was a major perk. While the facilities had some drawbacks, like a hot tub that was out of service, the overall value for the price paid was quite good. However, I faced some issues during check-in that I hope get resolved for future guests.
I had a disappointing stay at the hotel. The first room I was assigned had a malfunctioning TV and uncomfortable bed, making for a less-than-pleasant experience. Although the room was spacious and I appreciated the lovely sushi restaurant on-site, the lack of hot tubs and the overall decline in quality were significant downsides. I didn't enjoy my stay as much as I had hoped.
